Live local – work global
We are always looking for motivated lead managers for our markets across Europe, North America, and Asia. The job is done via our web-based dialer system which allows to call leads across the world. The only thing needed to get started is a computer, high speed internet connection, a headset with a microphone, motivation, and willingness to learn.
The job
Through our dialer system the lead manager will work on preassigned campaigns where he/she will call predefined leads (companies). The objective of the calls varies from campaign to campaign but will in most cases include one or more of the following:
Lead generation, meeting booking, verification, screening, analysis, customer portfolio analysis.
The job is remotely.
Daily working time is 4 or 8 hours – you choose. Working hours are agreed in advance.
The specific daily working schedule/hours depends on the location of the lead manager and the country in which the leads are located.
Language
Since we are calling to local companies all over the world our staff must be able to have a normal professional conversation in at least one of the following languages:

Experience
Experience from an international work environment is a plus (not a must). It could be from following industries
IT | Fashion | Hospitality and travel industry | Sales & marketing | Import/export of B2B industrial/technical products | Engineering

No experience? Don’t worry! We put a lot of effort into training and coaching of our staff members. Training and coaching are essential parts of our business philosophy.

Work hours
The work hours depend on the time zone the lead manager is situated in and the location of the leads that will be called.
Don’t start calling immediately when the work day starts but wait 30-45 minutes to allow people to start their workday.
Schedule your day
It is the lead manager’s own responsibility to manage the working day with the set daily/weekly KPI’s in mind.
It is advisable to make a daily schedule with fixed dialing time and breaks and to follow it 100% every day.
It is better to call few leads per day than many leads during few days!!
