Our general approach towards customers, leads and staff members is based on the “Value focused business philosophy”.
The value focused business philosophy
The Value-Focused Business Philosophy is based on the fact that a company has and continues to develop differentiated strengths. And the ability to make visible and secure the derived customer value. There is thus one truth: the customer’s perceived value (the customer’s experience). The philosophy is also largely based on the Nordic culture of trust. Trust is a basic prerequisite both internally in the company but also in the relationship with the team members and customers.
We work extensively with design thinking and methods as a result of the ever-increasing degree of speed and strength in the dynamic, complex, ambiguous and changing business paradigm of the future.
Our approach is basically that it is about the individual company having real differentiated right, so that differentiated customer value can be delivered. We do not believe that competencies should be used to manipulate customers to buy, but to create understanding and trust.

Adaptation and development of the philosophy
The philosophy has been developed by Michael Raahauge in collaboration with several of the world’s leading researchers in business and trust. The philosophy is dynamic and is constantly adapted to developments in society and within the international business world. The adaptation takes place, among other things, in collaboration with several international companies, all of which have understood the value and benefits of implementing the “value-based business philosophy” in their organization.
